Benjamin C. Patton

Benjamin “Ben” C. Patton joined McRae & Metcalf, P.A. as an associate attorney in 2016.  His practice primarily consists of construction law, fidelity and surety law.

Mr. Patton graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Political Science, and received his Juris Doctorate from the Florida State University College of Law. During law school, he clerked for the Honorable Judge Robert Wheeler and the Honorable Judge Kevin Carroll in the Florida Second Judicial Circuit.  Mr. Patton also participated with the Children’s Advocacy Clinic at Florida State University, where he received a Pro Bono Service award. During his final year in law school, he was selected to participate in the prestigious Florida House of Representatives Legislative Internship Program, where he worked for the Judiciary Committee analyzing legislative policy.

Mr. Patton is an avid outdoors-man and enjoys spending time on the water with his wife and son.
