Megan M. Warren

Megan M. Warren has been with the firm since 2009. Her practice primarily consists of construction litigation, contract law, fidelity and surety law. Ms. Warren also has extensive experience representing clients in bid and solicitation protests.

Ms. Warren received her law degree from Florida State University College of Law with honors and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2009. She also is admitted to practice for the United States District Court for Southern District of Florida and has litigated construction cases in both state and federal courts.

Ms. Warren was born in Reading, Pennsylvania, and has lived in Florida most of her life, growing up on Florida’s gulf coast and attending college in St. Augustine at Flagler College. She is active in local construction industry associations and has recently served as chair of the Young Professionals Committee of the North Florida Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors.

Megan lives in Tallahassee with her husband and two sons, and is active in her church, all of which keeps her very busy.
