Megan M. Warren is a board certified construction law attorney. She has been with the firm since 2009. Her practice consists primarily of construction litigation, contract law, fidelity and surety law. Ms. Warren also has extensive experience representing clients in bid and solicitation protests.
Ms. Warren received her law degree from Florida State University College of Law with honors and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2009. She also is admitted to practice for the United States District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida and has litigated construction cases in both state and federal courts.
Ms. Warren was born in Reading, Pennsylvania, and has lived in Florida most of her life, growing up on Florida’s gulf coast and attending college in St. Augustine at Flagler College. She is active in local construction industry associations and has served as chair of the Young Professionals Committee of the North Florida Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors. Ms. Warren has also presented and authored various articles relating to legal issues affecting the construction industry.
Megan lives in Tallahassee with her husband and two sons. She enjoys spending her free time with her family at the beach or going to Disney World.
