Erin M. Berger

Erin M. Berger works of counsel in our Tampa office.  She has over 13 years of experience handling commercial litigation matters both at the appellate and trial levels.  She previously served as an Appellate Attorney prosecuting and defending appeals on behalf of several large Commercial Institutions in Real Estate and Property disputes and as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Marcia Morales Howard of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the Honorable David A. Monaco of the Fifth District Court of Appeals.

Ms. Berger received her undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University in 2002 and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2005.  She is admitted to the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.

Erin currently lives in Tampa with her husband and two children and enjoys spending time with her family.
